Our partner, the American Workforce Coalition (AWC), is leading a national movement to educate employers, workforce practitioners, philanthropic leaders, economic development teams, and the American public on the critical role older workers play in the success of employers and local communities. 

We are proud to announce the release of The AWC Older Worker Report 2022: The Intersection of Age, Race & Gender, which will:

• Examine the challenges facing older workers, with a focus on older women of color, as they return to the workplace.
• Highlight the unique role of digital skills in securing economic stability for older workers and their families.
• Recommend scalable, practical solutions that will empower older workers to attain and retain living wage employment.

Julia Pollak, Chief Economist at ZipRecruiter and author of the report, will present the key findings at the Center for Workforce Inclusion Equity Summit on September 19, 2022. The full report as well as an interactive, e-magazine version of the report will be released in the Fall of 2022.
