Breaking Out of the Box     Conference logo description:  Image of an open cardboard box with labels on two sides that say, "2022" and "NE/AER". The contents of the box seem to be bursting out like fireworks: simbraille letters "brl", tinted glasses, an icon representing a virtual meeting platform and microphone, a laptop, a shark, a cell phone, and a white cane.
DEADLINE for Submissions is July 1, 2022
The NE/AER Conference Committee is currently planning a 3-day in-person conference full of engaging sessions. The NE/AER 2022 Conference will be held on October 26th, 27th, and 28th at the Westford Regency in Westford, MA.

This year’s conference theme is “Breaking Through the Box.” The last few years have been unconventional and have challenged us to do so much more than just thinking outside of the box. We have overcome barriers that none of us could ever have imagined. We have been challenged to reflect on our self-care so that we can continue to do our jobs in the best way we can. We have "Broken Through the Box" to provide quality services. The conference program committee is seeking quality presentations in the areas of Education, Rehabilitation, Technology, Orientation and Mobility, Physical Activity and Recreation, Psychosocial, Aging, MIVI, Neurological VI, Personnel Preparation, Administration, and International Services/Global Issues.

We are looking for 60-minute presentations, 90-minute presentations, and poster sessions.

Conference registration is required for presenters who will be attending other sessions during the conference. We look forward to reviewing your proposed presentation and creating a great program for the 2022 NE/AER Conference!

Thank you,
MA/NH Conference Committee
