**Training materials will be emailed to participants one day prior to the beginning of the webinar. Due to the limited number of spots available for this webinar, we ask that no more than two people from one company register to attend.
You will receive instructions for Zoom after you have registered for the event. The same Zoom link will be used for all four sessions.

If you are registered for a class or webinar and are unable to attend, please notify the Small Business Development Center, before the event, at (814) 393-2060 as other applicants may be waiting for the course. Substitutions can be made at any time.
The following cancellation/rescheduling policy apply to all face to face classes unless noted otherwise: * Five (5) or more business days notice: Full Refund or may reschedule for a class that is within the calendar year. Less than five (5) days notice, no refund.
