The United States no longer distributes the white CDC COVID-19 Vaccination cards that were common earlier in the pandemic. If you still have one of these white vaccination cards, keep it for your records.
You do not need your vaccination information, such as the white vaccination cards, to get an updated vaccine. So, if you’re eligible, don't wait: find an updated vaccine near you.
