BayREN Resilient Libraries Network Pilot Survey
The Bay Area Resilient Libraries Network pilot program will convene local jurisdictions, regional agencies, and other partners to support the development of a network of energy efficient and resilient local libraries throughout the Bay Area that can also function as Community Resilience Centers (CRCs) to deliver resources before, during and and/or after natural hazard events based on local needs.

The pilot program is open to Bay Area cities and counties in BayREN territory who are PG&E customers. The pilot application must indicate a lead agency, however, BayREN encourages cities and counties to coordinate with each other and with other community stakeholders when developing pilot applications. BayREN has funding to support a limited number of pilot participants and is seeking input on pilot participation criteria as well as potential barriers to participation. We appreciate any feedback you can provide and welcome you to send any additional input or questions to Aleka Seville at aseville@bayareametro.gov.
