Yes, I would like to share that the doctor, who examined my mom acted as if, ""he didn't want to touch her"" doing our visit. He could've used gloves or whatever but he changed I guess when he saw the way I was watching him.

I was in awe of the care I received from the 1st person until the last. The genuine concern and listening to me and most importantly hearing me and my concerns was a breath of fresh air.

Dr. does not rush me, explains well, he and staff are very courteous. Dr. is trying to get to bottom of my problems when Montgomery drs. didn’t seem interested in helping me. It’s organized. So far I’m very pleased. Two incidences of minor things with two employees but it just could have been a bad day for them. I am a senior and their kindness relieves a lot of my anxiety.

My intake Nurse Constance was the most amazing nurse I've ever had! She was extremely helpful and sweet, her kindness made my whole day better!

Too long waiting to see the Dr. If you already don't feel good you don't feel like waiting a hour to see any Dr. Especially when you have a appointment.

The doctor was very thorough and pleasant and the staff was fantastic ,very kind and, helpful and friendly.

Waiting area arrangement could be improved

Provider was not interested in my well being. He Brushed me off and that is the reason I switched providers. He has no bedside manner and I did not feel he had my best interest in mind as a patient. He didn't care, even when I told him my symptoms. In fact he said my issues were resolved. They are not. I understand that I am not a physician, but I do know my experiences and symptoms are valid. I would never recommend him to anyone.

Had to walk out after 11/2 hr wait No one has called me yet to reschedule

Parking is always an issue but that really can't be helped.The staff was very friendly and I am very confident in my physician.

I came all the way from Florida to have my delayed appointment with Dr fathalla. I waited over an hour and a half for him and there was still going to be another wait. I think this is unconscionable. I had to cancel because I had another appointment at another location and could not miss that appointment either. I have some neurological issues that needed to be addressed and now they won't be able to be. I am very upset and will try to contact others at UAB to find out what exactly the issues are.

I have great Dr and the customer service at check in is wonderful.
