Our office located in Lincoln, RI is seeking an intern to work within the Billing Services area of our Accounting department. The working hours are 37.5 hours per week during the summer months.
Our internship is designed for individuals who are currently enrolled full time at an accredited college/university.

Job Responsibilities:
  • Perform duties pertaining to billing, payments and collections in compliance with standard policies and procedures 
  • Duties may include performing billing and payment adjustments, filing, computer keyboarding and/or other related customer support activity
  • Ability to navigate and perform functions within Accounting Systems
  • Assisting with answering billing-related inquiries
  • Gain an understanding of other job tasks within the specific area and assist when necessary
  • Become familiar with standard concepts, practices, policies, and procedures within the Company
  • Ability to maintain composure and customer focus when production volume is high
  • May be called upon to handle other duties as required 

Job Requirements:
  • Pursuing an Associate’s/Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting or Finance
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Detail oriented and possesses analytical skills
  • Capability to prioritize and multitask
  • Energetic and action-oriented
  • Knowledge of Excel, Word, Outlook, Office
