Form Instructions:

The information you provide in this form will provide us with the inputs required to complete Rialto configurations in both our fulfillment system, and your library's Production Alma environment for Ebook Firm Orders. If you need to come back to the form, you can click "Save and Resume Later" at any point. Your Rialto Technical Project Manager can answer any questions you have as you complete this form.

Existing OASIS customers can simply note "same as OASIS" for any of these inputs, and we'll plan to mirror the configurations currently in place for your library's OASIS Ebook Firm Orders.
