Emails to app support bounce back. So essentially, there is no app support.

There is always a problem when using this app to order. Either the system doesn't work and my order is lost or when you have problems, you have to jump through hurdles to message and call people to get refunded. Garbage app and should get rid of it or do a massive overhaul.

Three times I've placed orders that don't even go through. I pay for them, show up at the designated pick up time and when I ask the place I ordered from if they have my food, they more often than not don't. I liked the pre-order system as I'm a pretty busy person, but it quite literally does not work for me. A lot of the time it just ends up being a massive inconvenience. This app isn't worth the headache it actually is.
