Managing a Business

Energy efficiency and pollution prevention have become important topics for all communities over the past few years. In an effort to assist small businesses in evaluating and implementing best practices towards protecting the environment and saving energy the federal and state government has funded initiatives with organizations, grants, and assistance groups for small businesses to utilize. Join the PA Ag Center of Excellence in a table talk about energy audits and pollution reduction for agricultural businesses.

All food and farm businesses are invited to the Pennsylvania Small Business Development Centers' “virtual table” to identify and share ways that they have used their experience over the past 6 months to fuel their business growth and development or execute a significant pivot. Like a family table, this gathering offers the opportunity to raise questions, exchange ideas, and come away refreshed for the next challenge. This event is hosted as a part of the PASBDC Agriculture Center of Excellence, an initiative of the Penn State University, Clarion University and University of Scranton SBDCs.
