Have you ever wondered what makes for the most collaborative and innovative teams? Psychological safety, also referred to as "rewarded vulnerability," is a prerequisite for effective organizational collaboration and innovation. Vulnerability that looks like asking a question, or saying "I don’t know," or sharing an idea. Vulnerability to belong, learn, participate, and even challenge.

We give of our discretionary effort and spend our time creating value. In short, where we foster psychological safety, we develop a high performing, collaborative, and innovative organization.

In this one-hour workshop, you will examine your own values, assumptions, and behaviors to see the current state clearly through a psychological safety lens, and identify next steps to transform yourself, your team, and your organization by increasing levels of psychological safety.

Molly Harlow and Mary Brackett are certified facilitators in the "Four Stages of Psychological Safety" framework, based on the work of Dr. Timothy Clark.
