On Aug. 30, I shared the 2022 climate survey results with all of you. In the responses I received, there was a question about why the survey summary did not include adjunct faculty data. I’m grateful for this request and happy to provide some context.
All adjunct faculty were invited to participate in the 2022 climate survey. We are actively analyzing the results for adjunct faculty and will make them available as soon as possible, hopefully by Monday. I value every voice at DePaul and have deep respect for all our faculty and staff members. This was the first time we broadly distributed the climate survey results and not including the adjunct faculty data was an oversight, which I very much regret.
I see this as an opportunity to learn and move forward. Thank you for your patience, and I’ll be in touch early next week when more data is ready to share.
