All-WAC Freshman Team (2022)

2022 (Freshman): Came in and made an immediate impact as a true freshman… Appeared in all 21 games for the Aggies, making ten starts… Totaled 1,039 minutes on the year… Recorded three goals on the season and 32 shots, good for the fourth most shots taken on the team… Posted a career-high five shots in her first collegiate game against Oregon (8/18)… Notched her first goal for the Crimson & White in a win over Portland State (9/3)… Followed up with another goal in the next game against Nevada (9/9)… Tallied four shots and a goal in a win over Southern Utah (10/7)… Earned a spot on the All-WAC Freshman Team list.

Prior to NM State: Graduated from Kentridge High School... Competed in soccer and track for the Chargers... Played four years of Varsity Soccer under head coach Callie Bergstorm... Johnson had quiet the impressive career making the playoffs all four years and helping her team to a conference championship her junior year... was the team leading scorer her sophomore, junior and senior year... was selected to first team All-Conference her sophomore, junior and senior year... was named team captain her senior year... was awarded academic/scholar athlete all four years... Also made track state finals in the 4x100 her freshman year and won varsity MVP her senior year.

Personal: Daughter of Michael and Linda Johnson... has one older brother, Michael... majoring in business.
