CUSA All-Tournament Team (2023)

2023 (Senior): Played in all 19 games during her senior season, making 17 starts… Finished the season tied for the team lead in goals scored with six, adding in an assist in 1,185 minutes (sixth-most on the team)… Scored her first goal of the season in a victory over Portland State (8/17)… Started her first game of the season against Texas Tech (8/20), tallying a shot in 68 minutes played… Scored a goal and put up a trio of shots in a home contest against UNLV (9/7)… Knocked in one of a season-high four goals in a 4-3 win over LA Tech (9/17)… Tied a career high with four shots, adding in an assist on Senior Night against FIU (10/12)… Scored both goals in the Aggies’ 2-0 win over Sam Houston (11/3) in the CUSA Tournament Semifinals for a career-best four points… Tallied her third goal of the CUSA Tournament in the Championship game against Liberty (11/5)… Named to the CUSA All-Tournament team for her efforts.  

2022 (Junior): A key rotation piece for the Aggies in the midfield… Appeared in all 21 games for NM State, starting seven… Totaled 945 minutes, adding one goal and one assist on the year… Netted a goal against Seattle (9/18)… Recorded an assist in a home victory over Tarleton State (9/30).

2021 (Sophomore): Played in 18 games for the Aggies, started in two... Tallied 699 minutes for the season... Recorded two assists the whole year,  against Nevada (8/29) and New Mexico (9/16)... Took eleven shots for the year, four of them were on goal. 

2020-21 (Freshman): Appeared in all 19 games for the Aggies...A key to the Aggies' depth in the midfield...Took 10 shots on the season.

Prior to NM State: Attended Centennial High School…named All-Conference and First-Team All-League in 2018-19…also named First-Team All-League 2017-18…two-year team captain.
 
Personal: Daughter of Ron and Mary Valenti…father played baseball at CSU Northridge and mother played softball at CSU Northridge…plans to major in clinical psychology.
