2021-22 (Freshman) | Did not compete in any games for NM State...Helped NM State capture its fourth WAC regular-season title in the last five seasons...Helped NM State claim the WAC Tournament championship and an automatic bid to the NCAA Tournament...Helped NM State win its first NCAA Tournament game since 1993 with a 70-63 first-round win over #21/21 and fifth-seeded UConn (March 17).

High School | Prepped by head coach Mark Reed at Strength 'N Motion International in San Antonio, Texas...Possesses just three years of pre-collegiate basketball experience after spending the majority of his prep career as a soccer goalie...Took to basketball quickly and averaged 14.0 points, 13.0 rebounds, 3.5 assists and 2.5 blocks per game for Strength 'N Motion...Played in 20 games for the Texas-based college basketball prep academy...Spent time with the Mexican U18 national team under head coach Enrique Zuñiga Castro...Developed in part by Castro which made him a target for numerous prep basketball academies and college basketball programs in the United States.
