2020 (Senior)
• Season was shortened to just two contests due to the COVID-19 pandemic, so he retained senior eligibility for 2021
• Appeared in the game against Tarleton St. (Feb. 21) and recorded five catches for 53 yards and a score.

2019 (Junior)
• Played in 11 games with 10 starts
• Hauled in 22 receptions for 265 yards (12.0 avg.) and two touchdowns on the year
• Caught five passes for 31 yards in season opener at #23 Washington State (Aug. 31) before tallying one reception for five yards at #2 Alabama (Sept.7)
• Snagged his first receiving touchdown as an Aggie at home against San Diego State (Sept. 14), finishing the game with one catch for 35 yards
• Made three catches for 35 yards at New Mexico (Sept. 21), one catch for five yards in a rain-soaked affair at Georgia Southern (Oct. 26) and two grabs for seven yards at Ole Miss (Nov. 9)  • Brought in a career-high six receptions for a career-best 71 yards in the win over UIW (Nov. 17)
• Made three catches for 66 yards and a touchdown in the season finale at Liberty (11/30).

2018 (Sophomore at Fullerton College)
• Played in 10 games during his sophomore year
• Reeled in 22 catches for 415 yards and four touchdowns in 2018
• Put up a career-high five receptions for 181 yards and two scores at Palomar (10/6)
• Had multiple receptions in eight different games in 2018.
 
2017 (Freshman at Fullerton College)
• Played in 12 games during his rookie season
• Hauled in 24 receptions for 329 yards and four touchdowns
• Had a season-high four receptions for 67 yards with one score in a 56-35 win over Saddleback (Oct. 21)
• Had at least one reception in 12 games during the 2017 season.
 
High School
• Played varsity football at Valley Christian HS
• Was a running back and wide receiver during his high school career
• Also played three years of varsity basketball.

Personal
• Son of Robert Downs II and Elizabeth Mills
• Has two sisters, Ciera and Rajae Jones, and a younger brother, Elijah
• Majoring in individualized studies.
