For the 2025 Summer Program, Foley is offering our Diversity Fellowship Program for second-year law students (Class of 2026). These fellowships are for students who share our values and demonstrate a commitment to promoting diversity, equity and inclusion. Each Diversity Fellow receives a weekly salary throughout the 10-week program, plus a $50,000 taxable fellowship, which will be paid in two installments: $20,000 following successful completion of the firm’s 2025 Summer Associate Program, and $30,000 paid within 30 days after joining the firm as an associate/law graduate.

Applications will be accepted from second-year J.D. students enrolled in an ABA-accredited law school, regardless of race, gender, age, ethnicity, sexual orientation, disability, or any other characteristic or condition protected by applicable law.
