Adeo Human Resources- Special Projects Associate

Adeo is a nonprofit organization dedicated to the health and welfare of people with a variety of disabilities. Our supports include brain injury services, physical therapy, home health care, affordable apartments, fitness and a warm water pool. Located in Greeley, Colorado, we provide disability services and support the wider community throughout Northern Colorado. Greeley, Colorado is a university town situated on the Northeastern Front Range of Colorado. Every year, Greeley is home to the “Greeley Stampede” Rodeo, the “Blues Jam” music festival, the Greeley Arts Picnic, and “Friday Fest,” a free outdoor concert hosted weekly throughout the summer. Just an hour’s drive north of Denver, east of Rocky Mountain National Park, and south of Wyoming, Weld County is a fast-growing and popular area with gorgeous views of the Rockies from the comfort of acres of rolling farmland. The member will build capacity for HR projects designed to attract diverse candidates from the community and to retain key talent in order to support the clients we serve. Through community outreach programs, we will be able to provide employment and internship opportunities for students from local colleges and universities. Identifying and addressing gaps in our employee engagement can help us build programs to keep our staff highly engaged in serving and supporting people with disabilities and their families in Northern Colorado.
