Throughout the school year and during the summer, Mott Hall II, may wish to use your child's photograph and/or, film, videotape or school-related work for promotional and educational publications and events, including newsletters, posters, postcards, brochures, the school website, community fairs and other special Board of Education events.  We may also wish to submit your child's photograph or student work to accompany stories about our school and students in newspapers and other media, when these opportunities arise.  Before your child's photograph and/or student work can be used by the school or by the media, you must give permission. Please sign and return this form stating that Mott Hall II has your permission to use your child's photograph and/or student work for these purposes.  Thank You for your cooperation!
