    Skookum is a nonprofit service provider that largely works in the federal sector, hiring people with qualifying disabilities, including veterans. The company specializes in public works, fleet management, warehousing, manufacturing, and other services for both federal and commercial clients.

    Skookum chose EZMaxMobile as their mobile solution for Maximo in 2013 and has since expanded it to other parts of their organization, including the Naval Air Station Whidbey Island (NASWI). NASWIisthe US Navy's largest air station, with 25 operational squadrons. Skookum had a successful implementation at NASWI due to their strong understanding of NASWI's Reliability and Asset Management program objectives.

    Skookum used a 4-phase process for the implementation of NASWI's mobile solution, EZMaxMobile. Each phase had clear objectives and business goals for the team to meet before progressing.

    This presentation will review:

    • Why Skookum selected EZMaxMobile as their mobile Maximo solution for NASWI.
    • Skookum's 4-step process for their mobile program.
    • Skookum's successful implementation at NASWI and the efficiencies technicians experienced using EZMaxMobile.
