Wednesdays at 4 p.m. (EDT)
These 45-minute sessions offer opportunities to learn and practice the fundamentals of mindfulness in community with others. Beginners are welcome. Sessions include guided meditations and periods of questions and responses facilitated by Kelly Miller, a certified mindfulness teacher and associate dean at UM Libraries; Professor Scott Rogers, director of the University of Miami School of Law’s Mindfulness in Law Program; or a guest teacher.
