WEEKLY ONLINE SESSIONS
Wednesdays at 4 p.m. (EDT)

 

These 45-minute sessions offer opportunities to learn and practice the fundamentals of mindfulness in community with others. Beginners are welcome. Sessions include guided meditations and periods of questions and responses facilitated by Kelly Miller, a certified mindfulness teacher and associate dean at UM Libraries; Professor Scott Rogers, director of the University of Miami School of Law’s Mindfulness in Law Program; or a guest teacher.

Co-sponsored by the Mindfulness in Law Program and UMindfulness.
 

This program is free and open to the public. Each session will be hosted using Zoom. We recommend that you connect to each session ten minutes prior to its start time to test your connection and ensure that your technology is properly configured.
