Mark your calendars for our next online open house:
Thursday 1/27/22, 6-8pm

Southside Open House #2 Flyer
The City of Berkeley is excited to share proposed street designs for the Berkeley Southside Complete Streets Project. This project will improve sections of Bancroft Way, Fulton Street, Telegraph Avenue, and Dana Street.

After incorporating public feedback received in Fall 2021, the project team has selected a proposed street design for each corridor. You are invited to join the next online Open House on January 27 to share input on the refined concepts.

Please share the event with your friends, roommates, neighbors, and coworkers. RSVP below for the Zoom link. The Zoom link will also be posted directly on the project website closer to the date.

Project timeline
Many of you have asked...

"Why is the project moving so quickly?"

The short answer: COVID-related delays resulted in a late project start, and inflexible Federal Aid Funding deadlines did not allow an extension.

The long answer has been added to the FAQ section on the project website.
