Ctrl+Shift is a city-wide coding competition open to students from ages 13-18. This competition allows students to take their website development skills to the next level AND learn concepts from tech professionals. Students can register as individuals or as a part of a team (up to 3 people).
First Prize: $5,000

Please note that ALL EVENTS WILL BE VIRTUAL this year. There will be mentoring sessions where students will be guided by industry professionals on different topics. You must attend AT LEAST 2 mentoring sessions as a requirement for competing.
You may participate as an individual or as a group (maximum of 3 students)
Website must fit into one of four categories: Arts, Education, Entrepreneurship, or Social Impact.
The submitted website must have at least 4 pages or 4 sections (if using a 1-page design).
The website MUST be coded in HTML and CSS. JS/jQuery and other frameworks may be used, but are not required. The use of templates or online site builders (Wix, Weebly, Squarespace, etc) will result in disqualification. Extra points will be awarded to responsive sites.
