The Westside Story is our weekly e-newsletter to the WMS community that shares announcements for each grade level and updates on school activities and events. We look forward to opening school this fall as we continue to work on implementing social distancing guidelines set by the CDC. To ensure for a safe learning environment for the students, class sizes have been reduced.

We look forward to hearing your input about what you believe would be beneficial to achieve an efficient re-opening of the school. Please complete this survey by June 19^thso we can be better prepared for the upcoming school year.

2020 Summer Reading Lists

ALSC's Quicklists Consulting Committee has updated their Summer Reading Lists with new and exciting titles that you are able to download for FREE!

The lists are full of book titles to keep children engaged in reading throughout the summer. Four Summer Reading book lists are available for Birth-Preschool and grades K-2, 3-5, and 6-8.

Although many libraries are physically closed due to COVID-19, some of these titles may be available as digital downloads for children and families to enjoy.
