About Event

You’re invited: join us for Wellbeing Wednesday, a mid-week series dedicated to improving your holistic wellbeing. With a new topic each week, our WellPros will guide you in resetting, de-stressing, and more. This week, join Kaseedee Pilarz, NYC-based Pilates instructor, personal trainer, and nutrition expert, for a 30-minute low-impact mat Pilates class (and stick around for a shop party after!) at our SoHo location.
