Local Accountability System Timelines
Timeline for Local Accountability Plans Applied to 2020–21
Districts that completed a Notice of Interest and attended a TEA-sponsored training session in fall of 2019 are invited to submit a local accountability plan following the timeline below for approval and application to the 2020–21 school year. Other interested districts are invited to contact TEA to discuss the process for developing and submitting a local accountability plan.

Timeline for Local Accountability Plans Applied to 2021–22
Interested districts are invited to attend an information webinar to learn more about the local accountability system. The Notice of Interest for 2021–22 will be available this spring and is due on August 7, 2020. Districts that complete a Notice of Interest will be given priority at TEA-sponsored training in the fall.
