Hello community,

The Argo project applied to move from incubation to graduation last year while the TOC decided to pause the process due to recommendations for improvement in terms of several security related concerns (see: PR #604). After continuous effort from both the Argo community and CNCF, the Argo project now comes with improvement results, updated DD, and freshly conducted end user interviews. 

Hence, the TOC decided to open the public comment period for Argo again.

Note that everyone is welcome to comment in the document, on the PR, or in reply to this thread before we move to a TOC vote. This period of public comment will last a minimum of two weeks from today.
