She recognized him in part by his long gray “straggly” hair and bushy gray moustache. She said she’d just seen a recent picture of him somewhere.
“So I was like, ‘Wow, David Crosby is coming on my boat!’ ” said Hattie Wiles Tigh, who was about to take the boat called the Judge Ben Wiles out for a chartered dinner cruise on Skaneateles Lake that summer evening in 2015.
