Meet the 2022 All-CNY girls lacrosse team. The team is chosen by Section III coaches.
The finalists for player of the year were Ava Angello of Fayetteville-Manlius, Mya Carroll of Fulton, Carlie Desimone of Baldwinsville and Julia O’Connor of Skaneateles. Desimone was named the winner at Thursday’s All-CNY sports awards show.
