A high-profile Skaneateles Lake estate has sold for $6.75 million, the highest price paid for a residential property in Central New York this year, according to public records.
Steven B. Kenan and Julie Abbott sold the estate – with a boathouse on a private lane in the village of Skaneateles – in late April to Al Crawford, co-founder, chairman and CEO of Bankers Healthcare Group.
