Syracuse, NY -- Angel Rosario was 15 years old when he was accused, with three others, of murdering Draquan McDonald on Syracuse’s North Side.

Rosario, now 17, is due to stand trial next month. But one of his lawyers, Heather Vincent, threw a wrinkle into the proceedings Monday by asking for an 11th hour reduction in bail.
