Syracuse, N.Y. — The Syracuse women’s basketball program is going through a massive roster overhaul for the second consecutive offseason.

It’s not nearly as unprecedented as last year’s loss of a dozen players, but the Orange had a significant number of incoming and outgoing transfers over the past three weeks.
