Developer proposes new use for closed retail furniture store in DeWitt

DeWitt, NY - A year after it closed, a developer is proposing a new use for the former Ethan Allen furniture store off of East Genesee Street in DeWitt.

The 25,400-square-foot former furniture store would be converted into space for two to four retail tenants, according to the proposal submitted to the town of DeWitt and Onondaga County planning boards.
