Clay, N.Y. -- Great Northern Mall remains shut more than three weeks after pipes froze and burst, flooding parts of the retail center and forcing its closure. And it’s unclear when, or if, the troubled mall will reopen.

When the mall shut its doors on Jan. 17, owner Mike Kohan of Long Island-based Kohan Retail Investment Group said it would reopen later in the week.
