Syracuse, NY — A drunken bartender drove the wrong way on Interstate 81 in May 2015, killing a father of three before flipping off responding deputies.

Now, Amy Dell is hoping to get out of prison early under the state’s 2019 Domestic Violence Survivors Justice Act — a law aimed at helping people who commit egregious crimes as a result of their abuse.
