Syracuse, N.Y. -- Syracuse’s 2021-22 men’s college basketball season (sort of) started Wednesday night in the Carrier Dome when Division II Pace visited for an exhibition game.
The game was preempted by an announcement that Bourama Sidibe would likely miss a month with a leg injury. Sidibe, who had two MCL surgeries and was limited to a few game minutes all of last season, had missed the Orange intrasquad scrimmage last week with what he said was a “bone bruise.” Sidibe’s latest injury happened on a different leg than his MCL trouble.
