DeWitt, N.Y. — From Syracuse to Fayetteville, dozens of Central New Yorkers felt their homes shake Monday.
One person said the pots on a wood stove rattled. Another person walking along the Erie Canal in DeWitt heard what sounded like an explosion, then emergency vehicles.
