It all started a little over one week ago when Josh Allen walked into Highmark Stadium donning a Firebaugh Eagles hoodie ahead of the Buffalo Bills’ game against the Houston Texans.

Members of the Bills Mafia clamored for the sweatshirt after seeing Allen wearing it. Fans asked Firebaugh’s Twitter how to get one only to be told it was an original design that they no longer sold, but they would work on getting new gear available.

ADPRO Sports reached out to the school to accelerate the process and help create a design that would be sold on a limited basis to support Allen’s alma mater.

In what should come as no surprise, Bills fans responded by opening their checkbooks and buying the hoodies. Around 2,500 hoodies were sold within 24 hours. By the end of the sale, over 4,600 hoodies were sold with $100,000 being raised for the high school.

News on that total was shared today which led to Allen quote tweeting the Bills’ account with a simple thank you of sorts.

Well done, Bills Mafia. Well done.
