Tell us what to ask Syracuse mayoral candidates during live Q&As

Syracuse, N.Y. – If you have questions for the city’s mayoral candidates, we can help. This week, syracuse.com will ask readers’ questions during live Q&A sessions.

The three candidates for Syracuse mayor – Democrat Khalid Bey, Republican Janet Burman and Independent Ben Walsh – are fighting for every vote in the last few weeks before the Nov. 2 election.

The interviews, which will take place on three consecutive days, will be streamed live on Syracuse.com and on Facebook. Bey’s Q&A will take place at 11 a.m. on Tuesday, Oct. 12; Walsh’s, 11 a.m. on Wednesday, Oct. 13; and Burman’s, 11 a.m. on Thursday, Oct. 14.

If you have questions for any or all of the candidates, please email reporter Megan Craig at mcraig@syracuse.com. Include your name and location.

You can also ask questions in the comments on Facebook during the live session. We’ll give preference to questions that were submitted via email and to non-anonymous questions.

The candidates will not be given a chance to prepare responses or see the questions in advance.
