Lee Zeldin raises $125K in Syracuse, his biggest Upstate NY haul in bid for governor

U.S. Rep. Lee Zeldin raked in more than $125,000 at a fundraiser in Syracuse last week, according to his campaign, boosting his bid to win the Republican nomination for New York governor.

The money from the private event at Strada Mia 313 restaurant in Syracuse amounts to Zeldin’s single largest fundraising haul to date in Upstate New York, a Zeldin campaign spokesman said.
