Cicero, N.Y. — Borio’s Restaurant on Oneida Lake has a new owner who plans few changes to the popular 61-year-old dining, wedding and event destination.

The buyer is April Stone, who also owns Stone’s Steakhouse on Erie Boulevard East in DeWitt. Stone bought Borio’s at an online auction last week for $1.7 million. The starting bid was $550,000.
