Another Central New York town is banning short-term rentals.
Town of Salina officials are prohibiting short-term rentals such as AirBnb and VRBO in residential areas of the town.
The town board voted 4 to 1 earlier this month to enact the measure, saying short-term rentals are more like commercial businesses and undermine the character of neighborhoods.
