For some school districts across New York, Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s decision to drop Covid restrictions on outdoor commencements came too late to make changes this year.
The Liverpool school district, for example, started planning in April for commencement, which is next weekend. Syracuse City School District high schools kick off graduations tonight at NBT Bank Stadium and continue this weekend.
