Albany, N.Y. — New York is planning 12 pop-up Covid-19 vaccine clinics in the coming days to target areas with low vaccination rates.

Two of the clinics are in Central New York and one is in the Mohawk Valley. All of the clinics are open to walk-ins.

A clinic at the town of Richland Fire Department at 30 Phillips St. in Richland will run Saturday, June 19, and another at the Victory Fire Department at 12009 NY-38 in Cato is happening today, June 17.

A clinic at Beekman 1802 Mercantile at 187 Main St. in Sharon Springs also runs Saturday, June 19.

The state did not give operating hours for any of the clinics. It said they’ll be open on first-come, first-served basis.

Other clinics include:

  • Mt. Ararat Baptist Church at 425 Howard Ave. in Brooklyn on Friday, June 18
  • Williamsburg Hatzalah Garage at 320 Penn St. in Brooklyn today, June 17
  • Fordham Bedford Housing West Farms at 999 E. Tremont Ave. in the Bronx today, June 17, and Friday, June 18
  • Northwell Health at 1 Marcus Ave. in New Hyde Park on Friday, June 18
  • Fort Ann Fire Department at 11289 NY-149 in Fort Ann today, June 17
  • The Monroe County Mobile Vaccine Unit will set up in various parts of the county today, June 17
  • LaFargeville Central Schools at 20414 Sunrise Ave. in La Fargeville on Friday, June 18
  • Broadway Market at 999 Broadway in Buffalo today, June 17
  • Cuba Memorial Hospital at 140 W. Main St. in Cuba on Friday, June 18

So far, just over half of New Yorkers have received all required doses of a Covid vaccine, according to Gov. Andrew Cuomo’s office.

Earlier this week, the state hit 70% of adults with at least one vaccine dose, according to federal data. That milestone triggered the end of most pandemic restrictions in New York.
