Syracuse, NY — A Cicero woman, accused of speeding down Erie Boulevard East before crashing into a building Dec. 26, is now charged with drugged driving in her passenger’s death.

Aeriel Freeman, 29, of Areopagitica Avenue, was knocked unconscious after her car flipped, crashed and burst into flames after hitting a concrete loading dock at 1061 Erie Boulevard East, a three-story warehouse and office building. Her passenger, Tyshawn East, 24. was killed.
