Salina, N.Y. -- A 49-year-old Liverpool man says he beat a man with a bat and later killed the man’s friend in self defense, according to court records filed Tuesday.
Louis Beaulieu has been charged with first-degree manslaughter, first-degree assault and two counts of third-degree criminal possession of a weapon for two separate incidents within five hours of each other.
