Syracuse, NY -- A Rochester appellate court confirmed that there’s overwhelming evidence that a Syracuse man planned for months the robbery-turned-murder of a Chinese national in 2016 who attended Syracuse University.

Cameron Isaac argued there wasn’t enough evidence to show that he killed Xiaopeng “Pippen” Yuan, 23, in a marijuana deal at Springfield Garden Apartments, in DeWitt, near LeMoyne College.
