The Skaneateles boys lacrosse team defeated visiting Cazenovia in a battle of Lakers 15-8 on Thursday.
The game endured a thunder delay just four and a half minutes into the first quarter with the game tied at one, but when action resumed, it was all Skaneateles. The hosts held an 8-4 advantage at halftime and outscored their opponents 7-4 after intermission.
