A new correspondent at Fox News will be a familiar face to many in the midstate.

Fox New Channel has announced in a press release the hiring of Brittany Garzillo, and that Garzillo will be working for the company as a correspondent based out of New York.

Garzillo, along with fellow new Fox News correspondent Alexis McAdams, will begin in her new position this month, the press release stated.

Garzillo formerly worked with Lancaster’s NBC affiliate WGAL from 2018-2020, and prior to that worked at the Bethlehem-based PBS station WLVT-TV.

She was hired by the Fox-owned station WFLD-TV in Chicago as a reporter in 2020, and also filled in as solo anchor for the weekend morning newscasts at the station for three months.
