Lincoln reviews leased networks based on several factors: (1) to determine if the additional network will enhance Lincoln's ability to assure provider availability and accessibility to its members; (2) whether the network can maintain meaningful savings for its members; and (3) whether the network can continuously deliver quality care to Lincoln's members.
